DISC ASSESSMENT

DISC Assessment is a tool used by Coaches, Human Resource departments, for hiring and career development purposes. 

The theory behind this tool was developed by William M. Marston which revolves around four different traits:

  • D (dominance)

  • I (influence)

  • S (steadiness)

  • C (conscientiousness)
